Cancelling Orders
ToySplash will cancel your order and refund all your money as long as your item has not been shipped. Once your order has obtained a UPS tracking number it becomes too late for a full refund. You can return the item after it has been shipped, however you are responsible for shipping it back and you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund any shipping charges.
Returning Merchandise
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from ToySplash.com within 30 days of shipment date. The merchandise must be in its original packaging. Inflating items, putting toys in the water, installing parts in a model, opening parts or discarding the packing material are some examples of what is considered used merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. We do not refund any shipping charges.
Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Handling this type of return will differ, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to ToySplash for replacement or refund. Call or email ToySplash before returning defective merchandise for instructions. Used and defective merchandise may also be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used 30 days after purchase are directed to the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will typically handle any problems for you directly. If there is a hole in your tube, float or raft we can send you free repair patches.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in route. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our customer service line immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise without a speaking to ToySplash, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
