I bought the Sandpro Sand Filter, and it worked fine untill it was out of warrantee.
Then, the motor went out, I called customer service and was unable to reach a person to talk to. I left several messages, and no call back. Then my tank burst and water leaked out everywhere.
I called, and called customer service at least 10 times. Finally, I reached a representative and was told "you're out of warrantee" I said, "that's it, there's nothing you can do for me". "no" was all I was told, not even a "I'm sorry" or any apology what so ever. The call ended with me saying "I guess, I'm on my own then huh?" "yep" the rep said and hung up.
I work in a custmer service call center, and we would never treat our customers like that. I paid over $300.00 for that pump.
I will never buy from GAME or their affiliates again.
