I have had this light for 2 full years, it does the job for my pool. I chose this over a wired pool light that was going to cost me $1200.00 total parts and labor to install. After about 4 months that I had this, I noticed the brightness was flickering and not as bright as when I first bought it. So I opened it up and found the connection to the batteries was loose. I reconnected it and its been fine ever since. The only thing I don't like is the lens will get oxidized if left in the sun.
